Common questions

We've heard these before

Yes — every tote is washed and sanitized between rentals. We wouldn't hand you something we wouldn't use ourselves.
Our totes are rated to 80 lbs. As a practical guide, keep it under 60 lbs so they're comfortable to carry. Books, tools, and dense items should be spread across multiple totes.
No problem — just text or call us before your rental period ends. We'll extend it at the weekly add-on rate. We don't charge late fees if you give us a heads up.
Normal wear is expected — these are work totes. If a tote is cracked or broken beyond use, there's a $15 replacement fee per tote. We'll let you know when we pick up.
Usually yes — just reach out and we'll do our best to bring extras on delivery day or schedule a second drop if needed. Subject to availability.
For delivery, someone should be available to confirm the count. For pickup, you can leave totes on your porch or driveway — just let us know the plan when you book.
We recommend 3–5 days ahead, especially for weekend moves. Last-minute requests are welcome — just call us and we'll do our best to make it work.
